Submission deadline is April 19, 2010!

We are pleased to invite you to submit your abstract to the 8th Operations Management Workshop to be held on November 3 - 5, 2010, in the GTRI Conference Center of the Georgia Institute of Technology, Atlanta, Georgia.

Workshop Topics Include:

• Reoperation of reservoirs under climate change,
• Conjunctive use of surface and ground water,
• Environmental flows, and
• Intractable conflicts in reservoir operations.

How to Submit:  Individuals interested in submitting an abstract for this workshop should upload their abstracts by email to opmabstracts@asce.org. 

Abstract format:  Your abstract should be about 150 words long, must not exceed one page, or contain artwork. The abstract should present a concise statement of the scope, principal findings, and conclusions of the paper.  It should describe the theme and content of the proposed paper using one or more of the workshop topics listed above.

Deadlines:

• Abstract submission - April 19, 2010
• Notification of abstract acceptance - May 03, 2010
• Final paper deadline - June 21, 2010
• Deadline for author registration - June 21, 2010
• Workshop dates - November 3 - 5, 2010
